All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

CleanPearls ships worldwide. Standard delivery time is estimated between 4–7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that shipping times may vary due to customs clearance, local postal delays, or peak holiday periods.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions—these will be clearly stated on our website.

4. order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your shipment at any time through the courier’s website.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your CleanPearls water flosser. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 90-day return policy.

1. eligibility for returns

Items must be returned within 90 days of delivery.

Products must be in their original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

For hygiene reasons, products that show signs of use may not be eligible for a full refund. Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion.

To start your return, contact our support team at info@cleanpearls.com Our team will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions. Pack the product securely to avoid damage during return shipping and send it back to the address provided.

3. return shipping costs


Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as CleanPearls cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.

4. refunds


Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

5. exchanges


At this time, CleanPearls does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
